Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables promptly - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue - Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Experience: - Proven experience working in a restaurant setting as a Server - Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests - Knowledge of basic kitchen operations to communicate effectively with kitchen staff - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience in upselling menu items and beverages - Previous bussing experience is a plus - Familiarity with restaurant operations This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment, enhance your customer service skills, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our patrons.
