For Food Counter Attendants,
: Take guest orders and handles filling plates (according to portions standards) for; The station includes preparing salad/tossed salad, wrap salad, dish up food into a plate, slide food and order tickets to the Cashier. Assist guest(s) with how the line works.
: Provide a warm, friendly and hospitable environment for fellow employees and customers.
: Notify Replenish and/or kitchen prep when items are needed on the line.
: Keep clean restaurant.
: Free or discounted shift meals.
For Cooks,
: Prepare all the marketplace salads, seafood, meat, dressing, etc for the service line by following exact recipes as requested by the Replenish
: Prepare all of the marketplace batches for replenishment by following exact recipes and par levels
: Turn on all kitchen cooking/holding equipment and is trained on the safety guidelines for this equipment
: Must exercise proper FIFO and labeling of these items
: Keep clean restaurant.
: Free or discounted shift meals.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
