Your Daily Missions
- Tackle maintenance requests like a pro—no job too big or small
- Fix leaky faucets, faulty outlets, and everything in between
- Keep apartments move-in ready (fresh, clean, and fully functional!)
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent problems before they start
- Troubleshoot issues and come up with smart, efficient solutions
- Help keep the property looking its best inside and out

- You’re hands-on, dependable, and take pride in your work
- You’ve got solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with tools, repairs, and learning new skills

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance
- Previous apartment or property maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot like a detective
