What You’ll Do:
- The Showroom Experience: Be the face of Carpet One. Greet walk-in customers with energy and professionalism, making them feel welcome and understood immediately.
- Proactive Prospecting: Don't just wait for the door to swing open. Actively follow up on past leads, reach out to local realtors and interior designers, and network within the community to generate your own traffic.
- Design Consultation: Ask insightful questions to understand the customer’s lifestyle, budget, and vision. Use your creativity to recommend the perfect flooring, tile, or cabinet solutions.
- Project Management: You are the customer's guide. You will manage the process from the initial selection and estimating to scheduling the measure and finalizing the sale.
- Relentless Follow-Up: Success is in the follow-up. You will manage your pipeline of leads, check in on open quotes, and ensure no customer falls through the cracks.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of design trends and product innovations so you can offer the best advice in Kirksville.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
