We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Marketing Associate for Retail & Events to join the Renewal by Andersen team on a part-time basis. This position offers an excellent source of supplemental income + performance-based bonuses!
In this role, you’ll have the chance to interact with customers, generate high-quality leads, and help grow brand awareness. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, eager to gain entry-level marketing experience, and enjoys working with the public, but can also thrive independently, or periodically as part of a team at optional events in Northeast PA.
Essential functions

- Travel to assigned retail locations and set up/tear down event displays.
- Memorize and confidently deliver scripts to convey key product information.
- Engage homeowners in conversations about their needs and our services.
- Generate high-quality leads for in-home consultations with our design consultants.
- Set customer appointments.
- Learn best practices from our event, retail and design consultant teams.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Competencies, Skills & Attributes
- Previous marketing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- 18 years or older.
Work environment
- This position will work in a variety of retail locations, as assigned.
Physical demands
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- In-person engagement potential customers which may involve standing, walking, or moving around the retail location to increase interactions.
Travel required
- This position will work in various retail locations within our Northeast PA territory, from the Lehigh Valley to Tobyhanna, with options to travel as far north as Scranton/Wilkes-Barre or as far west as Bloomsburg.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Preferred education and experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
