We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VoIP Network Engineer with 15+ years of expertise in voice technologies, telecom infrastructure, and secure network environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in VoIP systems, network traffic analysis, SNMP, NAT, firewalls, voice/media troubleshooting, and service provider transitions. This role requires deep knowledge of telecom protocols, network redundancy, failover mechanisms, and enterprise voice communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support enterprise VoIP and telecom network infrastructure
Analyze network traffic using Wireshark and other monitoring tools
Implement and secure SNMP configurations in enterprise environments
Manage network redundancy, backup links, and failover switchover processes
Test and validate network devices before onboarding to secure networks
Configure and troubleshoot NAT, routing, and switching
Implement network security solutions including firewalls and proxies
Work with voice system products and unified communication platforms
Measure and validate voice quality before deployment
Troubleshoot voice and media-related issues across networks
Manage service provider transition and delegation processes
Ensure network performance, availability, and security compliance
Maintain documentation, testing reports, and operational procedures
Coordinate with telecom vendors and internal engineering teams
