Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including OpenTable for reservations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation standards are maintained.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments preferred.
- Proficient in using POS systems, including OpenTable for reservations management.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance revenue opportunities.
