Responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for medical testing. Responsible for preparing blood samples and clean and sterilize equipment, following strict safety precautions.
Supervised by Laboratory Supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification required.
- BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
