Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Mr. Handyman of Huntsville, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently. This position plays a key role in upholding our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Provide information about services offered and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in data entry tasks related to customer service operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
