Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and IT infrastructure operations. This role involves managing user lifecycle processes, supporting endpoint devices, ensuring system compliance, and assisting with data center operations to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, patching, compliance).
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online support.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, LAN).
- Familiarity with data center operations and hardware.
- Experience with ITSM and asset management tools.
Experience & Education
- 3–7 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
- Microsoft Modern Workplace / Intune certifications (preferred).
