Halifax Elementary School & Dennett (Plympton) Elementary School are each seeking an ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher for the 26-27 school year.
This position is:

0.5 FTE at Halifax Elementary School and 0.5 FTE at Dennett Elementary School.

an English Language Learner teacher who is responsible for working with students in grades Kindergarten through sixth grade.

is licensed in English as a Second Language (ESL).

possessed experience working with multilingual learners using a variety of interventions and accommodations

has experience with WIDA ACCESS and alignment of WIDA standards to differentiate instruction to meet the language proficiency levels of students.

is skilled in providing specialized instruction and using data to guide service.
The salary is commensurate with experience and education as defined by both the Halifax and Plympton Teachers Contracts.
