● Brief Description: The Project Manager serves as the deputy to the Program Manager, supporting all aspects of contract execution including planning, reporting, milestone tracking, Agile ceremony coordination, and day-to-day operational management. The Project Manager ensures deliverables are accurate, timely, and professionally formatted, monitors performance against the Contractor Project Management Plan, and maintains transparent communication with Government stakeholders across a complex, mission-critical cloud platform environment.
● Responsibilities:
○ Support the Program Manager in overseeing contract execution, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination
○ Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, monthly deliverables reports, cloud cost analytics, and ad hoc data reports in accordance with contract requirements
○ Track and manage Program Increment milestones, sprint plans, and deliverable schedules using JIRA, PowerPoint milestone decks, and Excel Sprint Plan Workbooks
○ Monitor performance against the Contractor Project Management Plan and report deviations with recommended corrective actions
○ Coordinate 5-Year and 1-Year Forecasts, monthly forecast reviews, and weekly milestone and sprint plan reviews
○ Facilitate daily stand-up reporting, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
○ Maintain daily-updated staff roster documenting all roles, skillsets, background check status, and access levels
○ Track and report Section 508 conformance status for all Information and Communication Technology deliverables
○ Coordinate service request intake, response time tracking, and trend reporting
○ Support transition planning, knowledge transfer documentation, and onboarding coordination
● Qualifications:
○ Demonstrated experience in project management for complex Federal IT programs, including milestone tracking, deliverable management, and stakeholder reporting
○ Experience supporting Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and PI planning
○ Proficiency with project management and Agile toolsets including JIRA, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
○ Experience preparing and delivering program management reports, status briefings, and executive-level communications for Federal Government customers
○ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverable streams and reporting requirements
○ Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Government contract administration
○ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
○ SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
○ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years supporting Federal Government programs

○ Master's Degree from an accredited academic institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years supporting Federal Government programs

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
