A premier Private Equity firm focused on consumer brands is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support a wonderful team of professionals.
You will report directly to the VP of Administration and support a vibrant team of approximately 10 professionals, ranging from Managing Directors to Associates. Because the team’s needs vary, the workflow is highly dynamic but entirely manageable.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with flexibility for after-hours/weekend triage as needed)
Compensation commensurate with experience: $110,000 - $120,000 base + Overtime Eligible + Discretionary Bonus
- Top-tier medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus Medical and Dependent Care FSAs.

- 401(k) plan with employer match available after one year of service.
- Pre-tax transit benefits.
- In-Office Perks: Free catered lunch daily, a fully stocked kitchen, and access to a free, state-of-the-art gym in the building that includes fitness classes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Heavy scheduling and complex calendar management via Outlook, alongside extensive domestic and international travel coordination.

- As you settle in, you will have the opportunity to take on entrepreneurial, special projects to improve processes and support operations.
- Note: There are virtually no personal assistant duties.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of Administrative/Executive Assistant experience. Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
