Tiny Thinkers Preschool is seeking a caring, dedicated, and experienced teacher to join our team full-time in our 2-year-old classroom.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 ECE units required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
- Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and needs.
- Follow all licensing regulations and school policies.
