As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you'll help children develop the strength, mobility, and confidence they need to participate fully in everyday life.
Responsibilities include:

Evaluating and treating infants, children, and adolescents with developmental and medical challenges

Developing individualized, play-based treatment plans
-
Providing early intervention services that support developmental milestones

Delivering care in both outpatient and home-based settings
-
Coaching and supporting families through a collaborative care approach

Working closely with an interdisciplinary pediatric team

Monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans to maximize outcomes

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
-
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
-
Active Maine Physical Therapist license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pediatric physical therapy experience

Early intervention experience

Experience working with medically complex children
