Comfik-Kare LLC is a non medical home care Agency in Montgomery County- This is a part time or As needed position. This position pays $250 to $500 per admission. The Candidate will be compensated on the number of clients closed from referrals.

Position Summary:
The Home Care Sales Consultant role is an essential part of the Client Services Team.
This is an in the field position located in Montgomery county, MD. It is a performance base pay..
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Client Consultation and Community Outreach.
In the first part of the role, the Home Care Sales Consultant will advise clients and / or their families on the care consultation and onboarding process, making sure that the clients and their families are assured at each step of the journey.
In the second part of the role, the Home Care Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting with promoting the company in the community to increase awareness build a referral network in the territories.
- Meet sales targets by building relationships with and advising prospective clients and their families.
- Research, define and execute innovative ways to increase sales by developing long term relationships with referral providers.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with referral providers, health care professionals and senior care professionals.
- Visit key identified referral providers using a territory call cycle that has been developed and is constantly refreshed based on market analysis sales plans.
Support responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with all company stakeholders: Referral providers, Clients, Admin staff, Caregivers.
