The ideal candidate for our Diesel Mechanic position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with diesel engines, experience with preventative maintenance and the ability to work independently in a team environment. Candidates should be familiar with diesel engines and light-weight vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix diesel engine problems.
- Repair and install new components in the engine.
- Monitor and adjust the performance of the vehicle's engines and related systems.
- Install and repair vehicle body parts.
- Install and repair vehicles electrical systems.
- Maintain the health of the vehicle and its engine.
- Ensure that vehicles are compliant with federal laws and regulations.
- Explain technical aspects of work to non-technical employees.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
