The Springs of Broadway is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team. Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, compassionate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Encourage, motivate, and educate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Commitment to helping residents achieve their highest level of function and independence
