Requirements:
- Pest Control experience preferred
- A strong background in sales is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Physically active and able to handle the job's physical demands
- Attentive to details, especially when it comes to product safety labels
- A safe, respectful, and responsible driver with a solid & clean record
- Able to pass a background check and drug test with integrity

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control inspections and treatments at residential properties.
- Educate homeowners on pest prevention and recommend additional services, treatments, and preventative solutions when appropriate.
- Identify upselling opportunities by recommending services that provide added value and long-term protection for customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and positive reviews.
- Maintain accurate treatment records while following all safety and product label requirements.
- Safely operate company vehicles and represent the company professionally in the field.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
