Pediatric Home Health RN/LPN — Pediatric Care (Trach + Vent) | Miami-Dade | Days/Nights
Family First Homecare | 1:1 In-Home Care | 8–12 hr shifts | Weekly Pay (W2)
Family First Homecare is hiring an experienced RN or LPN for a high-acuity pediatric 1:1 in-home case providing pediatric care with trach + vent needs in Miami-Dade . We’re building coverage for current and upcoming shifts and matching nurses based on skill set and availability.
- Trach experience required
- Vent experience required (recent preferred)
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS
- Background screening + onboarding requirements
- Trach care, suctioning, pulse ox monitoring
- Vent monitoring
- Medication administration
- Enteral feeds (G-tube) if ordered
- Seizure precautions (if applicable)
- Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home per plan of care
- Monitor respiratory status, safety, and comfort; report changes promptly
- Administer medications/treatments within scope
- Educate and support caregivers/family members
- Document accurately and on time
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Days, nights, and weekends available (based on coverage/openings)
- We match schedules based on your availability and skill set
- Pay: Competitive—based on license, acuity/experience, and client insurance authorization
- Weekly pay (W2) + benefits options (eligibility varies)
- Paid orientation
- 24/7 clinical support (you’re not on your own)
