Get Weird is hiring 1 full time employee at our Woodruff Rd location, must be at least 21 years old to apply.This position requires weekend availability, however we do offer flexible scheduling. Starting pay is $11/hr + TIPS (typically adds $2-$4/hour), positions are considered entry level until training is completed to advance into a new available position at $12/hr. Sales associate job responsibilities:
- Learning opening and closing procedures
- Accepting product transfers
- Maintaining store cleanliness
- Restocking product and organizing displays
- Conducting inventory counts
- Learning and practicing new product knowledge
- Making sales and interacting with customers
Qualifications:
- 1 year previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Basic computer skills
- Prior product knowledge strongly preferred
