We are seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager to lead a major portion of our manufacturing operations and drive impactful results.
The Value Stream Manager is a key operational leader responsible for performance, profitability, and continuous improvement within a defined manufacturing value stream. In this highly visible role, you will ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production while meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery. You will lead Lean initiatives, develop high‑performing teams, and oversee the value stream’s P&L performance above gross margin, ensuring alignment with plant and corporate goals.
Operational Leadership & Performance
Drive operational excellence across productivity, cost reduction, safety, scrap reduction, and compliance.
Financial & P&L Ownership
Lean & Continuous Improvement
Champion Lean principles and lead initiatives such as value stream mapping, Kaizen events, SMED, 5S, and root cause analysis.
Safety & Quality Leadership
Strong Lean toolbox: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, waste elimination.
