POSITION SUMMARY
The Material Specialist is responsible for shipping and delivering finished goods, supporting internal material flow, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory at H&H Molds. This role ensures customer orders are shipped accurately and on time while supporting production through material delivery, receiving, and inventory control. The position includes driving company vehicles and requires eligibility to be insured under the company’s auto policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Finished Goods
· Pack and ship finished goods per customer and internal requirements
· Verify part numbers, quantities, and customer identification
· Prepare shipping documents (packing slips, BOLs, delivery records)
· Coordinate shipments with carriers and maintain shipping areas
Customer Delivery
· Deliver finished goods using company vehicles as required
· Load, secure, and unload product safely
· Obtain delivery confirmation when required
· Represent H&H Molds professionally with customers
· Vehicle Inspections
Material & Production Support
· Pull, stage & deliver raw material to specification to production staging areas
· Verify correct material, lot number, and job identification
· Return unused materials to warehouse locations promptly
Inventory & Warehouse Control
· Receive incoming materials and verify documentation
· Accurately transact material and finished goods movements
· Maintain organized, labeled warehouse locations
· Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and eligible for company vehicle insurance.
· Ability to lift to 50 lbs
· Microsoft Office, basic math and inventory accuracy skills
· Strong organization, reliability, and attendance
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to be trained to operate power industrial equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack)
Preferred
· Shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
· ERP or inventory system experience
· Forklift experience or ability to be trained

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
