Kentucky Country Day School has an immediate need for a Facilities Team Member. This person will serve in a multi-purpose role, performing a wide range of daily maintenance and operational tasks in school buildings and facilities across the 80-acre campus. Essential Functions of the Job
- Perform light maintenance duties, such as painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
- Deliver packages within the campus.
- Furniture moving, event set ups.
- Light cleaning, garbage pick up.
- Additional duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work is preferred.
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
- Dependability and commitment.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to move easily and quickly around the campus.
- This is a full-time, year-round position.
