General Summary of Duties: High Volume Medical Spa is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to help run the front office and day-to-day operations. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with impeccable organization skills, sharp attention to detail and superior customer service skills. This position is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, completing client follow-up, up-selling and cross-selling existing clients at the front desk. The candidate should be reliable, personable and outgoing!
REQUIRED : Experience in a Medical Spa or similar business.

Major Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Work independently and timely to complete daily job duties in allotted time.
- Check-in clients - provide paperwork if necessary, etc.
- Answer the phone, take messages, make and cancel appointments and route calls to appropriate staff.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
- Ensure that all clients have been accounted for in the appointment schedule and mark accordingly, i.e. checked in, checked out, No Show, Cancellation or Reschedule.
- Daily confirmation calls for all locations.
- Work though cancellation list when appropriate and call No Show clients to follow up on missed appointment.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High school graduation or GED.
EXPERIENCE:
- One year customer service experience in an office setting.
- High level of computer skill or the ability to learn computer skills quickly.
- Sales Experience.
- Previous MedSpa experience preferred.
