Medical Assistant position open for a single physician pulmonary practice. Looking for someone who is friendly, organized and willing to be a team player.. Job details include: checking in/out patients, assisting with chart prep, handling DME orders, assisting with patient intake, vital signs, injections, taking basic histories , and basic office duties.
Interest in performing Pulmonary Function Studies Required.
Must be a registered or certified medical assistent.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
Billing experience/knowledge a plus. Work hours 8-5pm Monday to Friday. Located near USF/Advent Health Tampa. Must have reliable transportation. Previous pulmonary experience a plus. Must have 2+ years MA experience. E-Clinical experience a plus! This is a small, single specialty medical office (Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine) whose primary goal is to provide superior medical care to our patients.
