Job Description:
Red Rocks Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Care is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Flooring Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll meet with homeowners and business owners to provide flooring consultations, prepare estimates, and help customers choose the best flooring solutions for their needs. If you enjoy building relationships, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers for in-home flooring consultations.
- Measure spaces and prepare accurate estimates.
- Recommend flooring products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Build customer relationships and confidently close sales.
- Follow up with leads and convert estimates into completed projects.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate job documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (flooring, home improvement, or construction is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
