We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Coach/Teacher for the 2026–2027 academic year. Our students attend our in-person homeschool hub three days per week and continue their learning at home on alternate days, creating a collaborative partnership between educators and families.
As a Learning Coach, you will inspire curiosity, cultivate confidence, and support students with a wide range of learning styles, abilities, and academic levels. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys thinking creatively, adapting to individual student needs, and helping shape a young and rapidly growing program.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction during in-person class days.
- Implement and support learning plans that bridge classroom and at-home instruction.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and Christ-centered learning environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and fellow faculty members.
- Encourage student growth academically, socially, and spiritually.
- Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative team dedicated to educational excellence.
- Assess student progress and provide parents with regular updates and feedback.
- Other duties as needed.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to engage in challenging conversations with grace, humility, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Effectively blend structure and accountability with dynamic, hands-on, and engaging instruction.
