We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced quick service restaurant. Duties
- Supervise and manage front of house staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient food preparation.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize operational costs.
- Train new employees on service protocols, menu knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a quick service fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
