About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Specialist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will drive production excellence by managing complex machine setups and optimizing processes to ensure the highest quality standards for our precision components.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups on Swiss-style CNC lathes to ensure seamless production runs.

Operate equipment efficiently to meet output targets while maintaining strict adherence to quality specifications.

Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts using precision measurement tools to guarantee compliance with tight tolerances.

Perform proactive preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize machine longevity.

Analyze production bottlenecks and implement effective technical solutions to improve workflow.

Manage tooling requirements and perform necessary changes to maintain operational precision.
Qualifications-
Proven expertise in setting up and operating Swiss CNC machinery.

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings.

Advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Demonstrated ability to use precision measurement instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and microscopes.

Solid foundation in shop math and machining principles.

Experience programming and troubleshooting Swiss CNC systems, specifically Citizen or Tornos platforms.

Background in manufacturing high-precision medical devices or similar intricate components.

Technical certification or trade school diploma in machining or a related field.

Ability to mentor team members on machine operation requirements.
