Automotive dealership seeking a contract, DMV and accounting administrator to join our growing Fresno team. This position is vital to our daily operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid grasp of automotive accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Dealership office experience (2 years preferred) as a contract or account reconciling role.
- Excel Proficiency: Accurately record and post daily financial transactions, using accounting software.
- General Accounting Support: Assist Office Manager with month-end closing procedures and Maintain organized financial filing.
- An ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer & phone skills
- A positive attitude is a must
- Excellent attendance a must
- Education:
- High school or equivalent
