We're seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily job site operations for a long-term construction project. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in the field and keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and job site operations.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Communicate with project management regarding progress and job site needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and job site safety.
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
