- Prepare detailed estimates for multifamily construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate project budgets
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and value-engineering opportunities
- Assist with preconstruction, budgeting, and GMP development
- Work with Project Managers and field teams to ensure estimates are accurate and achievable
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors throughout the bidding process
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and project turnover
