Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
· Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company quality assurance standards.
· Follow the Montessori curriculum and daily schedule.
· Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
· Support other teachers to accomplish classroom objectives.
· Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean, and organized.
· Meet children’s basic needs
· Report any suspicion of child abuse and neglect
· Regular attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
· Report to the Director
Qualifications:
· Meet and exceed all state Child Care Licensing requirements
· Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
· Possess a teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, organization skills, and problem-solving ability
· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
· Self-motivated with a desire to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
