Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a part time PM Guest Service Agent, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our newly renovated hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for evening/late-night guest inquiries, manage front desk responsibilities, and uphold exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Duties
- Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify financial transactions, update reports, and ensure accuracy of guest billing and reservations
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and staff efficiently
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and ensuring the hotel premises are secure during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities for management review
- Support guest services by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options in multiple languages if applicable
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Proven ability to work under pressure within a hotel or resort environment
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of hotel property management software and reservation systems is advantageous
- Experience in guest relations and handling sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
