Elk Creek Coffee is a local woman-owned and run bakery and coffeeshop located downtown Cannon Beach, Oregon! Our team is small but mighty, working together to cultivate a sense of community, crafting the highest quality coffee, fresh baked goods, and making all feel welcome through excellent customer service and genuine connections.
Current hours: Friday - Monday, 7am - 3pm. Opening shifts can begin as early as 6:30am and closing shifts end around by 330pm. Weekend shifts needed, especially Sunday.
Job Description + Skills:
Coffee knowledge and/or barista experience is a PLUS! However, if you don't, don't worry - we're excellent teachers. We just ask for an eagerness and willingness to learn.
*Craft and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with speed, precision, and care.
*Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control of beverages and pastries.
*Engage and connect with customers while taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful shop YOU would want to hang out in.
*Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Be a hard working, positive, supporting, and communicative member of the team. A sense of humor and wanting to have fun at work goes a long way!
