What You’ll Do:
- Install heating and cooling systems with precision, efficiency, and full code compliance
- Maintain clear communication with customers about the work being performed
- Lead and train installation helpers as needed - Ensure proper delivery and removal of equipment
- Maintain truck inventory for maximum efficiency
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Represent the company with professionalism on every job and in every customer interaction
- Work independently while keeping managers informed of customer needs or changes
Requirements:
-Dependable, honest, and customer‑focused
-Experience installing HVAC equipment
-Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Ability to work independently and maintain professional conduct
-High school diploma or equivalent -
-Minimum 2 years HVAC installation experience
Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
