We are growing and looking for a motivated, confident Sales Representative who can convert qualified leads into signed contracts.
Position Overview
You will meet with homeowners, assess project needs, present solutions, and close deals. Leads are provided. Your job is to build trust, communicate value, and secure the contract.
This is ideal for someone who:
- Loves in-home sales
- Is confident discussing $20k–$150k+ projects
- Understands consultative selling (not pushy selling)

Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners for scheduled estimates
- Present deck & remodeling solutions
- Prepare and deliver estimates/proposals
- Follow up and close deals
- Maintain CRM updates and communication
- Represent the brand professionally
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales experience (construction/home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented
- Comfortable working on commission
