Requirements
*
Active and unrestricted West Virginia CNA certification required
*
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required

Current CPR certification required
*
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements

Ability to perform required job duties, including assisting residents with mobility and activities of daily living
Responsibilities
*
Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
*
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
*
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff
*
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
*
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
*
Collaborate with healthcare staff to support quality resident care
