Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the daily operations of our food production facility, ensuring that products meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety standards in production.
- Assist in food processing activities, including packaging, sanitation, and product handling, ensuring adherence to quality standards in production.
- Monitor production lines for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any deviations from established food safety management protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and quality control logs using SAP or similar systems.
- Support sanitation efforts by cleaning equipment and work areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards in the food processing plant.
- Collaborate with team members and management to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency and safety.
- Follow all regulatory/legal compliance standards in production, ensuring that food safety and manufacturing management practices are consistently upheld.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production or a food processing plant environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment operation and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively with managerial communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems used in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in food & beverage production while adhering to regulatory compliance standards.

Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour
