Hire Impact Recruiting is currently hiring experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for a FedEx Custom Critical & Ground contractor with trucks based in Dallas, TX. This position offers consistent miles, excellent earning potential, and the convenience of parking the truck at home while you're on home time.
Solo drivers are welcome! If you're interested in running team but don't have a co-driver, we can help pair you with one.
Position Details
- FedEx Custom Critical Team OR FedEx Ground Team Lanes
- Truck parked at your home during home time
- Minimum 3 weeks out
- 3,500–6,000+ miles per week
- $2,000 minimum weekly pay per driver OR $0.90 CPM (split) — whichever is greater
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Drop & Hook freight
- No Touch Freight
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- Consistent, year-round freight

CDL A Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- Doubles/Triples endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- No SAP drivers
- Must be at least 21 years old
