Location: Devens, MA – This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll work alongside an experienced team in a collaborative office environment.

Job Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC construction projects
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Solicit, analyze, and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Develop competitive bid proposals and assist with final submissions
- Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and field personnel throughout the estimating process
- Participate in estimating strategy meetings and bid-day activities
- Help identify project risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
- Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid records
Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing or HVAC estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing estimates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with estimating software is a plus
