Amusements Worldwide is a leading service provider in the amusement industry, specializing in the support and maintenance of amusement machines. We are seeking a dedicated Merchandise Coordinator to join our UNIS USA team in the Dallas region.
Position Overview
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in warehouse operations. The Merchandise Coordinator plays a key role in assembling products, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and organize incoming merchandise
- Assemble merchandise kits accurately based on customer orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Assist with unloading inbound containers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Work closely with the Senior Merchandise Coordinator to support daily operations
- Identify and report damaged or missing inventory promptly
- Help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Able to travel and assist at trade shows.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required, training will be provided
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
