Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in all front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and storage protocols
- Assist with setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and managing table turnover to optimize guest experience
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest interactions
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payments
