PAID TRAINING PROGRAM:
You will spend 3 to 5 weeks on the road with an experienced mentor not in a classroom, not in a simulator. Real truck, real freight, real miles from day one.
Your mentor will guide you through everything you need to know trip planning, logbooks, backing, docking, and drop & hook operations. You will run OTR and regional routes, learning how the industry actually works from someone who has been doing it for years.
By the time you go solo, you will be ready for any load, any lane, any situation.

YOUR PAY AFTER TRAINING:
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
- Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
- Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week

- 2 weeks out 2 days home

REQUIREMENTS:
- CDL-A in good standing
- 21 years of age or older
- 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- No prior OTR experience needed we will train you
- No moving violations or preventable accidents since obtaining CDL-A
- No unexplained employment gaps in the last 3 years
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test (hair & urine)
- No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
- No failed drug tests ever
