Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Stanton, CA, for an Entry-Experienced Composite Technician. The Composite Technician will be responsible for fabricating and assembling composite structures and components, performing precision bonding, applying lay-up techniques, trimming, and fitting of composite parts. Additional duties include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with the engineering team to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in fabricating and assembling composite structures and components
- Proficiency in precision bonding, lay-up techniques, trimming, and fitting of composite parts
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the engineering team
- Ability to work on-site in Stanton, CA
- Experience in the aerospace industry and knowledge of relevant materials and processes is highly beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in composite materials and fabrication preferred
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
