We are seeking an experienced Amazon & Marketplace Growth Manager to lead and grow our online marketplace business across Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, and other eCommerce platforms.
This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Los Angeles corporate headquarters.
Position Summary
The Amazon & Marketplace eCommerce Manager will oversee all aspects of our online marketplace business, including Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, digital advertising, SEO, product content, imagery, and marketplace strategy. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, product development, and operations to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our online brand presence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Wayfair.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, SEO content, A+ Content, Brand Store pages, and enhanced product descriptions.
- Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Optimize keyword rankings, conversion rates, and advertising performance.
- Coordinate product launches, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and catalog management.
- Collaborate with marketing and photography teams to develop high-quality product imagery, videos, and lifestyle content.
- Monitor marketplace analytics and provide regular sales, advertising, and performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and marketplace growth.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon and Wayfair marketplace standards and policies.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing Amazon PPC advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, and A+ Content.
- Experience with catalog management, flat files, inventory management, and account health.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.

- DSP (preferred)
Responsibilities include:
- Campaign creation
- Keyword optimization
- Budget management
- Bid adjustments
- ROAS analysis
- ACoS optimization
- Performance reporting
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Amazon's algorithm, advertising platform, conversion optimization, and marketplace best practices.
