Job Title: Special Education Teacher – Early Learning Center (Preschool)
Location: Early Learning Center (ELC)

Start Date: August 17, 2026
Contract Length: 9 Months
Schedule: 8:35 AM – 4:05 PM (plus 30-minute lunch)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
We are seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to support preschool students ages 3–5 within an Early Learning Center setting. Teachers will work with approximately 20 students across AM and PM sessions, maintaining a caseload of 20+ students and collaborating with paraprofessional support staff.

Develop and implement individualized educational programming

Write, update, and manage IEPs

Conduct progress monitoring and maintain compliance documentation

Address developmental, academic, and behavioral needs

Collaborate with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams

Manage classroom instruction with paraprofessional support

Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment

Valid Special Education Teaching Certification

Experience writing and managing IEPs required

Knowledge of early childhood special education

Experience supporting students with behavioral needs

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with support staff and families
