What You'll Do
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
- Apply regular polish and gel polish with precision.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Work collaboratively with our reception team and fellow technicians.
- Continue learning and improving your skills through coaching and training.
What We're Looking For
- Idaho Nail Technician License.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Passion for natural nail care.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and always looking to improve.
- Values teamwork over competition.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Wants to build long-term relationships with clients—not just fill appointments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission starts at 42%, with opportunities to earn up to 45%.
