Run CNC milling machines in a high-mix, low-volume setting (5+ daily changeovers)

Group and schedule jobs intelligently to cut setup time and boost efficiency

Set up machines accurately and efficiently to meet production goals

Perform first-article inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators

Communicate effectively to drive process improvements across teams

Support adjacent operations such as manual machining, saw cutting, and core cutter assembly/service

Handle other related duties as needed

Some hands-on CNC programming capability

Experience in a machine shop: 3+ years, or 1+ year with vocational school graduation
